Tiara graduated from Hampton University, Hampton , Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She earned her master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University in Greenvale, NY.

Tiara takes pride in treating her clients with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. Her approach to therapy is tailored to each individual to meet their needs. 

 Tiara is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She uses CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. She has experience with the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities
