Jessica MacLeod is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. Before becoming an advanced practice provider, Jessica worked as a registered nurse in several acute care settings, including the ICU, Emergency Room, and Interventional Radiology.
Prior to her nursing career, Jessica spent eight years working in law enforcement and corrections. It was during her time in the jail setting that she witnessed firsthand the significant impact mental health has on individuals’ lives. That experience inspired her to pursue healthcare and ultimately specialize in mental health so she could make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
As an ER nurse, Jessica cared for many patients experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and suicidal ideation. Her extensive crisis experience shaped her passion for providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
Jessica is committed to creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their care. She currently sees patients aged 12 and older.
